Here is a new driveway installation by Topline Drives and Natural Stone. The old driveway was a concrete driveway which the owner wanted to remove and push out completely to the boundary line as far as possible.

We excavated the entire area, put in a new base foundation of Type 1 MOT and machine compacted it solid. Replaced the old manhole covers with new recessed chambers and put in flat top edging kerbs across the front of the driveway set in concrete.

New drainage system of channel drains were added across the front of the driveway to ensure all the surface water was dealt with correctly.

The new driveway was laid on top of river washed sharp sand using the Marshalls Driveline charcoal range and bordering it with a brindle block paving brick.
